The booking platform is built and operated on behalf of Next Level Barbershop & Salon by Portneuf Web Co., a service provider responsible for the technical operation of the system.

When you book an appointment with us, we collect:

• Appointment details, including the service requested, selected staff member, and date/time
• Payment card information, collected and stored securely by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our own systems
• Appointment history, including cancellations and no-shows

How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to:

• Schedule, confirm, and manage your appointment
• Send you email confirmations and appointment reminders
• Charge payment for completed services, and charge the cancellation fee described in our booking policy when a cancellation or no-show occurs
• Notify our staff by text message when a new appointment is booked, so we can prepare for your visit

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell your information to any third party.

Text Message Notifications

Our staff receive automated SMS notifications through our booking platform when a new appointment is booked. These messages are sent using Twilio, a third-party messaging service, solely to notify shop staff of scheduling activity. Customers are not enrolled in SMS marketing campaigns through this system.

Who We Share Information With

We share information only with the service providers necessary to operate the booking platform:

• Stripe – to process payments and store payment method information securely
• Twilio – to deliver internal SMS notifications to staff
• Supabase – our database provider, which securely stores appointment and customer records

We do not share your personal information with any other third party, except where required by law.

Data Retention & Security

We retain appointment and customer records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the shop and maintain accurate business and payment records. Information is stored using industry-standard security practices, and payment data is handled entirely by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure rather than stored directly on our servers.

Your Choices

You may ask us to update or remove your personal information from our booking system at any time by contacting us using the information below. Removing your information may affect our ability to manage existing appointments on your behalf.
