By booking an appointment through our online scheduling platform, you agree to the terms below. These terms apply to all appointments booked at Next Level Barbershop & Salon, 250 N 5th Ave, Suite A2, Pocatello, ID 83201.
Payment is collected in shop after your service is completed. When you book, a valid payment card is securely saved on file through our payment processor, Stripe, to guarantee your appointment. No charge is made at the time of booking.
We ask that you cancel or reschedule at least one hour before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made less than one hour before your appointment, and appointments that are missed entirely (no-shows), will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the price of the booked service to the card on file.
By booking an appointment, you will receive an email confirmation and an email reminder approximately 24 hours before your scheduled time. These are operational messages related directly to your appointment, not marketing communications.
We accept walk-ins alongside scheduled appointments whenever a staff member is available. Online bookings take priority over unscheduled walk-ins during busy periods.
Next Level Barbershop & Salon may update these terms, our service menu, or our cancellation policy at any time. Continued use of the booking platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
